The first big statement on the Anabolic Running page looks pretty big… and it awakens interest to find more about it. But the second one:

“If You’re A Man Who Wants To Remain A King In The Bedroom, Who Wants More Testosterone, And More Vigor Between The Sheets While Sporting A Ripped, Vascular Body In Only 16 Minutes Per Week?“

Agrhhh… pretty silly! For me at least. I don’t like those kinds of claims, but that is just me. I’m first to recommend the good product and decent program which will help people with their fitness goals. There are many great courses, and they are pretty affordable. Do I agree with everything they recommend? Sure, I don’t, nobody can agree with everything, but if the product is helpful, I will recommend it.

Everything is more and less invented in fitness, but some people have a talent to put many useful things together, give it a modern approach and make a product of it. When you get a couple of great ebooks with helpful info, a video course, a diet plan and a training program for just a couple of bucks, it is worth the money in my opinion.

I have a few problems with this course. First is that they claim that you will build muscle and put pictures of men that are clearly training with weights for at least 5-10 years.  If people want to believe that, that is fine, but there are people who are beginners and will be misled and maybe even hurt listening to such claims. You will build some muscle with Anabolic running for sure, especially legs and abs, and a little bit of the rest of your body. This program is based on sprinting, and it is a very powerful tool for losing fat, so your muscles will be more visible. But, don’t think that you will look like an elite sprinter overnight. Tell you a little secret; they train with weights!

The simple truth is that cardio is a great tool for losing fat. You can use it in moderation as your secondary training when your primary training is lifting weights, or as your only training tool. When you are using it as your only training, you can do it harder, with more variety and intensity. With proper nutrition, it can help you lose fat, and shape your muscles, especially if you combine it with bodyweight exercises. If your goal is serious muscle mass, you will have to do weight training. Recommended cardio will be moderate in that situation, or it will affect your muscle gains.

The second problem is that it is not for everybody, and that must be said many times. If you are healthy male or female, and your joints are used to running, and you are not seriously overweight you will be fine. Other than that, you need to be careful not to hurt yourself. You cannot possibly think that you will jump on this program from not doing any activity than watching TV past five years and not injure yourself. If that is your situation, start doing something first, and prepare yourself for the program like that. You can do a moderation of the program at first, but be aware of your current situation.

They have a couple of good statements in the Anabolic running program like marathon runners will have lower testosterone levels than sprinters, but they are playing tremendously on men’s ego with “boost your testosterone and be great in bed“ nonsense. The truth is that every decent exercise program will help your muscles and hormones, but you don’t have to be naive that you will get your “model-like“ body without serious work, if even then. Genetics has the major part in this.

Don’t let the 16 minutes number fool you! Have you done some sprinting lately? It is not easy! So, if you think that it won’t be hard, think again. Another thing is that many people when they see 16 minutes or so training program think that they will be fit in two weeks or so. Many things are achievable, but it takes a little time.

There is a great warm-up video routine for running in this program. Don’t even think of doing any high-intensity workout without proper warm up. Couple versions of sprinting are in this course, like an uphill sprint, weighted vest sprint, and others. You will learn the significance of breathing through your nose, and major mistakes you are making with your workouts, especially the high interval training exercises that reduce the production of testosterone. It explains which are the best natural oils that will help increase the levels of your hormones. Also, gives you a great mental trick that will help you get the strength that you need to get into training, and how to increase the rate of your metabolism to help you keep burning fat even long after you are done with your workouts. It says that the program is for man only, but I do believe that the girls can do it effectively too. It can help them with fat loss, and women’s hormone production like all good high-intensity programs do.

Ever since I watched my first fight on TV, I was fascinated with the kick-boxer’s physique and the kick-boxers work-out routine.

You see like you, I was listening to the advice that the big health and fitness companies sold, which ended up with me having serious lower back and hip injuries.

Also, I was just not seeing any results from their advice which led to me developing insecurities, struggling with my weight and eventually led to severe depression…

One day, I decided to analyze how kick-boxers got so fit…

Some of the techniques that I learned were so fascinating that I decided to implement them into my work-out.

Once I implemented the series of movements I was completely shocked with my own results.

I remember waking up one morning and not recognizing the person in the mirror.

For the first time, I had 6 pack abs, a chiselled chest, lean arms and toned legs.
