Yoga Burn or “Her Yoga Secrets” is a 12-week fitness program for women which is based on dynamic sequencing of stretches or yoga poses. That way you get the method that burns fat and gives you all the benefits of stretching at the same time. This product is for a woman who is ready to put little time for her health, and overall feel better about their body. This stretching-fat loss fitness program has three main Yoga Burn phases. In each phase, there are three 15 minutes long workout videos which equal 45 minutes long workout per week. Each phase lasts four weeks. You will complete all three workouts once every week plus the Tranquility Flow bonus.

The poses are arranged from easy to hard, to avoid injuries or discomfort, so everybody can follow through regardless of their fitness level and capabilities. So, your week will look something like this: Day 1 – Workout One, Day 2: walk, Day 3: Workout Two, Day 4: rest, Day 5: Workout Three, Day 6: walk, Day 7: Tranquility Flow. After you repeat this Yoga Burn Phase 1 four times, you will move to Yoga Burn Phase 2, and then to Phase 3.

Zoe Bray Cotton is a yoga instructor, personal trainer, and female body transformation expert with experience in teaching yoga for relaxation and weight loss. She combines these two goals by providing a yoga program that reduces stress and tones the female body. Zoe explains that generic classes do not tailor for individual physical capabilities and goals. She claims that Yoga Burn will lower stress levels and produce relaxation, unlike other programs, and that with Yoga Burn your routine will change according to your abilities as you advance through the program phases.

You must be realistic and be aware that results will vary among individuals like in any new exercise routine. Although the program will be beneficial for all, your genetics and your present fitness level will determine your advancement at the beginning. Keep in mind that this is a beginner program and not for those who are used to hard training or are advanced in yoga or stretching. If you are a beginner and looking for moderate intensity program to help your body to feel more alive and lose fat in the process, this program is for you. Unlock Your Hip Flexors is a program that can help you loosen and strengthen your hip flexors. Hip flexors if not stretched regularly, become tight and limit our movements.
